Method Acting Training
There is a big secret when it comes to producing great acting - It's called 'The Method'.
Method Acting is used by many leading actors including Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Meryl Streep, Angelina Jolie, Naomi Watts, Sean Penn, Edward Norton, Charlize Theron, Daniel Day-Lewis, Denzel Washington, Forest Whitaker and Jack Nicholson, to name a few. The reason that they use this approach is because it produces a very high level of acting, time and time again. If you want to achieve this level of acting, please read on...
So, now I bet you're wondering what Method Acting is and how it works. It's hard to encapsulate in a few lines, but simply put, it is the antidote to cliched and over-acting. It creates acting so real that you forget it's acting. To do this, Method Actors use their own life experiences to generate feelings and emotions similar to that of the character they are portraying.
My name is Brian Timoney - I am a professional Acting Coach with over 18 years experience in the industry. I am the UK's leading Method Acting Expert and one of a tiny number of teachers in the UK who knows how to teach the technique. I have worked with top film Directors; Ken Loach and Danny Boyle and have taught actors appearing in Lead Roles in London's West End shows, high profile films and television. I recently appeared on the BBC2 programme 'Murder Most Famous' teaching TV actors; Sherrie Hewson (Coronation Street/Emmerdale)and Angela Griffin (Coronation Street/Holby City) Method Acting techniques, and I have been featured in various media, including The Sunday Express and The Stage.

(WARNING: Please note that these sessions are not reflective of a normal class. The sessions were to uncover specific inner emotions and entailed advanced emotional memory work that should only to be carried out in the presence of a skilled method teacher, until the actor is trained.)
